I really enjoyed particularly good and stunning location not too far from a Gothic church. The service was excellent with parking in the hotel.

The rooms are functional and fashionable, and are complete with beautiful lagoon view, single beds plus a renovated bathroom. The breakfast is rich served with yoghurt, pastries plus jams.

Great location near Riva degli Schiavoni with a wide selection of breakfast items.

Amazing location - right in the heart of the action with a stunning view of the lagoon. Deluxe rooms offer a wonderful view of the Island of Saint Giorgio Maggiore and the bustling waterfront. Great food in the hotel restaurant. Very helpful and friendly staff. Conveniently located just 20 meters from San Zacaria station and within walking distance of all the tourist attractions. Big and comfortable rooms. Quiet and peaceful, perfect for light sleepers.

Felt right at home here, no complaints.

Location: the hotel was close to St Marks square, Doge's place and the vaporetto stop, the water taxis and the Maria della Salute and Maria Maggiore churches. The room was great and warm, with safe and particularly good views of the lake.

Location is excellent if you book the canal view room, otherwise don't book this hotel. Very dated interior - bathroom only half renovated - shower dates back to 1975 - no hot water (one night) when we called reception we were told that "all the other rooms have hot water - have a shower in the morning". Reception staff were barely civil except for one man who was very pleasant. No lift so if you don't like climbing stairs book elsewhere. Overall the view was the main attraction and the rest was very ordinary

The breakfast was quite decent. Location was also convenient as it was next to the San Zacchari station, making it a breeze to take the vaporetto to Burano, Lido or Murano.

I really wanted to like the hotel, but unfortunately I could not. The hotel was quite run down and in need of some renovation. This might explain why power was repeatedly down when we were there. The front desk was not unhelpful but their attitude quite indifferent.

We couldn't have asked for a better location. The hotel is right on the Grand Canal, providing stunning views of the basin. It's also conveniently located to all the sights without the "over inflated price tag." Plus, it's easy to get to from the train station. The room was spacious and spotlessly clean, with polite and helpful staff. And the breakfast in the glass surrounded room with a view of the lagoon was perfect.

The hotel's restaurant was quite expensive, but there are plenty of great restaurants and bars to discover while wandering around.

Excellent location, on the pier at San Marco Square adjacent bus-boat station. Large spacious rooms. Unmatched views (rooms facing the lagoon). Excellent value for money.
